Our mission

Printed menus go out of date the moment the kitchen runs out of a dish, and cash tips quietly disappeared when guests stopped carrying cash. We think both problems have the same answer: one scannable code that carries the menu a venue actually serves today and a tipping flow that credits the right person.

Since our first pilot in a single Los Angeles bistro, OstravaMenu has grown into a subscription platform used by independent venues and small groups across the United States. We charge a flat monthly fee per location — never a slice of a server's tip.
